This role manages digital transformation and process improvement initiatives, including overseeing digital platforms and the WhatsApp portal. The manager leads projects from requirements gathering through implementation and ongoing support, focusing on improving efficiency and driving business growth through automation while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The manager works closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions, develop SOPs, manage change, train users, and monitor performance. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills are essential to effectively prioritize tasks and deliver results.
- Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and recommend efficiency improvements
- Document requirements, process flows, wireframes, and system specifications
- Develop and maintain SOPs and approval documents
- Lead projects end-to-end, from stakeholder engagement to validation, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
- Manage digital platforms and the WhatsApp portal, ensuring smooth operation and continuous enhancement
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and facilitate stakeholder meetings
- Assess change requests and resolve technical issues for continuous improvement
- Deliver training, presentations and demos to ensure adoption
- Monitor KPIs to maintain performance and compliance
- Provide end-user support and coordinate with development teams
- Stay updated on industry trends to recommend innovative solutions
- Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline, and/or a professional qualification such as ACCA or CA.
- 5–7 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in digital transformation, process improvement, or similar roles. Experience in Business Risk Advisory within a professional services firm is highly valued, and candidates looking to transition from such roles are encouraged to apply.
