Invest in NBP Funds Pension Funds

  • Collect Account Opening Form from our NBP Funds Regional Offices (Click Here to find our nearest NBP Funds Regional Office) or Collect Account Opening Form from our Premier Authorized NBP Branches ( Click Here to find our nearest Premier Authorized NBP Branch).

Once the Investor Account has been opened, a NBP Funds Account No. will be allotted which would be used for all transactions in NBP Funds Pension Funds.

For making investment in NBP Funds Pension funds, kindly complete the contribution form which can be obtained as follows:

2. Collect the Contribution Form from our NBP Funds Regional Offices (Click Here to find our nearest NBP Funds Regional Office) or from our Premier Authorized NBP Branches (Click Here to find our nearest Premier Authorized NBP Branch).

Please carefully read the instructions mentioned on the back side of the forms (Account Opening & Investment form) and attach the following relevant documents:

For Individual Investors

  • Copy of valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or Copy of valid Computerized National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP).

Note: If your CNIC is expired and is submitted with NADRA for renewal; kindly attach the renewal slip. And once the CNIC is renewed please submit the renewed CNIC copy with us.

  • Zakat Affidavit (CZ-50) in case of Zakat Exemption
  • Proof of income like Job card / Employment Card / Visiting Card. (For individuals only)
  • Business/Employment Proof in case of Sole Proprietorship.

Contribution by Employer on behalf of Employee(s):

  • Duly completed Account Opening Forms of all employees.
  • Copy of valid Computerized National Identity card (CNIC) or National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistani (NICOP) or National Tax Number (NTN).
  • Detail of Employees on behalf of which the contribution is made.
  • Copy of Memorandum and Articles.
  • Board Resolution/or any other resolution applicable authorizing for contribution in NBP Funds Pension Funds
  • List of Authorized Signatories with specimen signatures.
  • Copy of CNIC of Signatories / Directors on behalf of the employer.

Payment can be made in the form of:

  • Cross Cheque
  • Pay Order
  • Demand Draft

Note: Cash will not be accepted.

Payment shall be made in favor of:

  • For investment in NBP Funds Pension Fund: “CDC Trustee-NAFA Pension Fund”
  • For investment in NBP Funds Islamic Pension Fund: “CDC Trustee -NAFA Islamic Pension Fund”

Note:The payment instrument shall be accompanied with the Contribution form.

  • By personally visiting NBP Fund Management Limited – Head Office or by sending through courier, addressing “The Transfer Agency Department, NBP Fund Management Limited, 7th floor Clifton Diamond Building, Block No. 4, Scheme No. 5, Clifton, Karachi

Note:

  • Your Form may not be processed if any discrepancy may arise
  • Unit will be issued upon realization of Funds.
  • Your Form will be processed as per cut-off timings on each dealing day as announced by the Management Company from time to time. Click Here for details.
