How to Invest in NBP Funds/Plans?

In case you are a new investor please follow Step 1 – 6.

In case you are an existing investor please go to Step 2, 5 & 6.

All investors must first open an account with NBP Funds before making any investment. Kindly complete the account opening booklet which can be obtained as follows:

  • Download an A/C Opening booklet, Click Here for the booklet. (Applicable for both Investment in NBP Funds / Investment in NBP Saving Plans)
  • Collect Account Opening Booklet from our NBP Funds Regional Offices (Click Here to find our nearest NBP Funds Regional Office).
  • Collect Account Opening Booklet from our Premier Authorized NBP Branches (Click Here to find our nearest Premier Authorized NBP Branch).

Once the Investor Account has been opened, a NBP Funds/Plans Account No. will be allotted which would be used for all future investment and others transactions in NBP Funds.

Upon opening of NBP Funds account with us you can now make investments in our NBP Funds. For making investment in NBP Funds/Plans, kindly complete the investment form which can be obtained as follows:

Collect the Investment Form from our NBP Funds Regional Offices (Click Here to find our nearest NAFA Regional Office)

Collect the Investment Form from our Premier Authorized NBP Branches (Click Here to find our nearest Premier Authorized NBP Branch)

Please carefully read the instructions mentioned on the back side of the forms (Account Opening & Investment form) and attach the following relevant documents:

For Individual Investors

  • Copy of valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)
    Note: If your CNIC is expired and is submitted with NADRA for renewal; kindly attach the renewal slip. And once the CNIC is renewed please submit the renewed CNIC copy with us.
  • For Investment in NBP Funds Investment Plans
  • Zakat Affidavit (CZ-50) in case of Zakat Exemption
  • Proof of income like Job card / Employment Card / Visiting Card. (For individuals only)
  • Business/Employment Proof in case of Sole Proprietorship.

For Partnerships

  • Partnership Deed / Certificate of Registration.
  • Detail of Partners (Name, Address, Phone Numbers).
  • Copy of NIC of all partners.
  • Copy of latest Financials.

Corporate bodies, Registered societies, Institutions, Companies or Trusts

  • List of Authorized Signatories along with copies of CNIC and their specimen signatures.
  • Memorandum and Articles of Associations/Trust Deeds.
  • Copy of CNIC of all Directors/Trustees/ sole proprietor.
  • Board/Trustee/Governing body Resolution authorizing for investment in NBP Funds.
  • Copies of Certificates of Registrations.
  • Audited/Latest Financial of the Company.
  • Power of attorney and / or relevant resolutions of the board of directors delegating any of its officers to open account with NBP Funds and invest in the fund and / or to realize the investments.

Payment can be made in the form of:

  • Cross Cheque
  • Pay Order
  • Demand Draft

Note: Cash will not be accepted.

Payment shall be made in favor of:

  • For Investment in Funds: CDC Trustee “Name of Respective NBP Fund”
  • For Investment in Investment Plans: ‘CDC Trustee NAFA FUNDS’

Note:

  • The payment instrument shall accompany the investment form.
  • If the investor uses cheque of another individual, than a third party declaration is also required (along with the form and payment instrument). For third party declaration please Click Here.
  • Applicable for individuals only.

You can submit your duly filled Form (along with the payment instrument) in following ways:

  • By personally visiting NBP Fund Management Limited – Head Office, 7th floor Clifton Diamond Building, Block No. 4, Scheme No. 5, Clifton, Karachi
  • By sending through courier, addressing “The Transfer Agency Department , NBP Fund Management Limited, 7th floor Clifton Diamond Building, Block No. 4, Scheme No. 5, Clifton, Karachi

Note:

  • Your Form may not be processed if any discrepancy may arise
  • Your Form will be processed as per cut-off timings on each dealing day as announced by the Management Company from time to time. Click Here for details.

Invest in NBP Funds Pension Funds

  • Click Here to download the account opening form.
  • Collect Account Opening Form from our NBP Funds Regional Offices (Click Here to find our nearest NBP Funds Regional Office) or Collect Account Opening Form from our Premier Authorized NBP Branches ( Click Here to find our nearest Premier Authorized NBP Branch).

Once the Investor Account has been opened, a NBP Funds Account No. will be allotted which would be used for all transactions in NBP Funds Pension Funds.

For making investment in NBP Funds Pension funds, kindly complete the contribution form which can be obtained as follows:

  • For Contribution by employer on behalf of employee in NBP Funds Pension Funds: (Click Here)

2. Collect the Contribution Form from our NBP Funds Regional Offices (Click Here to find our nearest NBP Funds Regional Office) or from our Premier Authorized NBP Branches (Click Here to find our nearest Premier Authorized NBP Branch).

  • Copy of valid Computerized National Identity card (CNIC) or National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistani (NICOP) or National Tax Number (NTN).
  • Detail of Employees on behalf of which the contribution is made.
  • Copy of Memorandum and Articles.
  • Board Resolution/or any other resolution applicable authorizing for contribution in NBP Funds Pension Funds
  • List of Authorized Signatories with specimen signatures.
  • Copy of CNIC of Signatories / Directors on behalf of the employer.
