  • Awarded “The Best Asset Management Company For The Year” by CFA Society Pakistan.
  • Staggering growth in AUM equals to PKR 420 Billion.

2006

  • NBP Funds began its journey with 22 sales staff
  • Launched NBP Income Opportunity Fund with an asset size of PKR 3.8 billion

2008

  • Company’s AUM size reaches Rs.31.6 billion
  • In less than 3 years of operation, NBP Funds has introduced 7 funds including NBP Income Fund
  • Sales Team size grew to 105

2009

  • NBP Government Security Liquid Fund and NBP Savings Plus Fund were Launched
  • NBP Funds received its first rating of AM2- by PACRA

2010

  • NBP Funds launched NBP Riba Free Savings Fund and NBP Sarmaya Izafa Fund
  • Saving Desk in 30 NBP branches activated

2012

  • NBP Funds Rating upgraded to AM2 by PACRA
  • NBP Money Market Fund was launched
  • AUM reached PKR 46 billion
  • Sales Team Strength grew to 216

2013

  • NAFA Pension Fund and NAFA Islamic Pension Fund were introduced
  • NBP Funds Visa ATM Card in collaboration with Summit Bank was launched to facilitate customers

2014

  • NBP Funds inaugurated its first Islamic Saving Center
  • NBP Government Security Savings Fund and NAFA Islamic Principal Protected Fund I & II were rolled out

2015

  • NBP Funds’ rating upgraded to AM2+
  • NBP Islamic Stock Fund and NAFA Islamic Principal Preservation Fund launched
  • Sales team grew to 295
  • ClickPay (Online Transaction / Transfer service) was launched to facilitate customers.
  • 5 Islamic Savings Centers opened

2016

  • NBP Funds rating upgraded to AM2++
  • Staggering growth in AUM – almost doubles to Rs. 86.3 billion
  • Sales team grew to 319

2017

  • NBP Funds AUM crosses PKR 100 billion mark
  • NBP Funds rating upgraded to AM1 (highest management rating by PACRA).
  • 4 new Active Allocation Plans were introduced in Funds of Funds category
  • ATM card converted to Visa Debit Card
  • Sales team grew to 596
  • Retail Network expands to 17 Islamic Saving Centers & 127 saving Desk at NBP Branches

2018

  • New identity of the company introduced as “NBP Funds”
  • NBP Funds Mobile Application was launched
  • Islamic Saving Centers Grew to 19 and Saving Desks at NBP Branches grew to 209

  • Launched NBP Funds Health Takaful Plan that provides Health Takaful Hospitalization Coverage on investment
