In your opinion, what is the best thing about NBP Funds?

NBP Funds is a performance driven company that rewards achievements and provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth. There is a culture of meritocracy that is free from the menace of organizational politics. Every employee is treated equally and is provided with adequate resources to efficiently perform his/her responsibilities to achieve the desired results.

What is the secret of your success?

Investment management like any other profession requires a certain kind of technical skill, but also entails patience and discipline. I have always been a disciplined person since my childhood and have nurtured a sense of purpose and drive in all pursuits of my life. I don't believe in taking shortcuts or cutting corners, no matter how difficult the goal is and firmly believe that the process is as important as the outcome. More importantly, I religiously believe in constant learning and view life as a sustained struggle to continuously improve oneself.

What advice would you give to the new joiners?

Be laser focused on the job at hand, try to give your best, and aim high. Put in your hard work, keep learning, and be persistent. I see so much potential and talent in Pakistan's youth.
